Menstruation : It is a biological process occur in the female body from the age of 10 - 12 ( when she reaches to the age of puberty ) . In this process Ovum or egg comes out of ovary after every 28 days and at the time when it gets no sperms to fertilise with , they come out to uterus . At that time the inner lining of uterus becomes hard and the egg along with blood and hard lining comes out of female body for 5-6 days .
☆It lasts upto the age of 50 years .
