HEYA MATE, HERE IS UR ANSWER ______________________

When a girl reaches puberty, every month one of the ovum is released.
In this period of time ,the lining of the uterus thickens to prepare itself to supply nutrients to the fertilised cell.

If the ovam released is not fertilised,it dies and comes out through vagina with blood and lining of uterus.

This expelling out of blood, ovum and lining of uterus is known as menstral cycle or menstruation.
