According to the Indian Constitution, a criminal is referred to someone who breaks or violets the law in any manner. Some examples of violating the law are :
=> Theft
=> Murder
=> Child Abuse
=> Child labour
=> Kidnapping
=> Smuggling
=> Human trafficking
etc.
