Answer:
Paneer is a cheese popular in the Indian subcontinent. It is made from curd. The food acid like lemon juice or acid is added to the hot milk to make curd, then the curd is separated from excess water by using a muslin cloth.
Then the separated curd is dipped in cold water for two to three hours to solidify it and to make it compact. This solidified curd is paneer. In some parts of India like West Bengal, the paneer is beaten and salted to add more taste.
