MICHAELIS MENTEN CONSTANT -
When the velocity of reaction velocity is equal to one half of the maximal velocity then michaelis menten constant gives concentration of the substrate or we can say it measure that how much a substrate complexes with a particular enzyme . It is denoted as K .

Best of luck ;)
