Mitochondria is a cell organelle that is found both in plant and animal cell. It is also called power house of the cell.

mitochondria are organelles or a part of eukariyotic cells . they are present in cytoplasm not in nucleus .
it supply energy  in the form of ATP to all the parts of cell. that's why it is also called powerhouse of the cell....
