Mitochondria:-

Mitochondria known as the power house of the cell

This is because they provide energy to the cells.
Main function of the mitochondria is to perform cellular respiration.
When a cell respires, the energy is produced in the form of ATP [Adenosine tri-phosphate] by mitochondria.

==================================================
Golgi Apparatus is a system of
membrane-bound vesicles that are arranged approx. parallel to each other in stacks
These stacks are called cisterns

jka: Without the Golgi Apparatus the DNA within the cell would be lost. It is the central part that transports the lipids and proteins throughout the cell. ... In the cell it is located near both the endoplasmic reticulum and the nucleus. They are very small organelles that are found in all eukaryote cells.

Mitochondria is a cell organelle in which energy production for the cell takes place.It is also known as known as "power house of the cell". Respiration process also takes place here.

Golgi apparatus is a cell organelles which packages proteins and lipids and even modifies them.

hope it helps u..
