It is defined as the amount of substance that contains 6.022 × 10^-23 atoms of hydrogen.

Avogadro's number :

It is defined as the number of atoms present in one gram atom of the element or the number of molecule present in one gram molecule of the substance i.e. 6.022 × 10^-23.
