Molecule is the smallest part of the matter that exist in free state.
They (Molecules) are formed by the joining of two or more atoms in fixed ratio (law of multiple proportions given by Dalton).
They have fixed molecular mass which is obtained by adding the atomic masses of all the atoms present in a molecule, for example, water (H2O), ammonia (NH3), carbon dioxide (CO2), etc.
