- It blocks the action of leukotriene D4 on CysLT in the Lungs and Bronchial tubes by binding to it.

- It reduces bronchoconstriction (caused by leukotriene) and result in decrease inflammation.

• Protein binding capacity - 99%.
• It's Biovailavity is 63-73%.
• It metabolites by lever and has billary excretion.

\textit{uses} :

This medicine is useful in treatment of Asthma, Ex induced Bronchospasm, Allergic Rhinitis, Pr dymenorrhoea etc.

\textit{Adverse effects} :

Diarrhoea, Nausea, Vomiting & Even sometimes behavioral changes.
