When a body changes its position with the respect of any object then we can say that the object is in motion.
So
We can say that moving is a motion.

earth is not stationary it is in motion.
Paper will move but in respect of which
the paper is not in motion but due to rotation of sphere it is in motion.
if the thing is in stationary then there is no existance of that thing.
if not earth then the whole galaxy and even whole universe is in motion.
no one can be at absolute rest.
