Motivation actually means for the encouragement to do a work .....

Motivation means for the greek word..MOTIVE,, which actually depicts the need or requirement of satisfaction....

=>of course,, i didn't motivate anyone, but being motivated by my hero,, that's my pa,, i mean my dad,,, everyone has their own unique heroes in their life.., but in my life,, my dad has an elegant role to play with..

It was the day of my new journey,, i mean i been to the secondary school,, my dad addressed me to take allotment in 'XYZ'collegw,, but i refused his views,, and moved on my wish,, at the first day, i began to feel the uncomfortable,,, and wanna thought of dropping up the view of going college,, so there's question,, what made me to take me that decision,, is the boring lecture,,..
which made me to drop off science,, soon i began to feel no joy at my new home..

In the fear, of future and present started to be alone,, my dad being so close to me, watched my recent activities carefully,, and one fine day,,my dad arrived at my room,, addressing me to go out and have pretty walk, being uninterested, and due to my pa's force and followed his word..While on the walk, he tell me about the path he traced to his destiny, which was unexpectable,, and at a time,, i felt out that,, I'm infinite times better than him, being facilitated,, with joy,told me the pain he gained in his life, ..
He began, with an innocency,, uncomfort smile,, and initiated,, "Being from a poor family,, i worked out at the age of 8,, with no meager for food, walking off to the owner's house far been away, of about 5 km, eager to earn a little wages,, then after reaching out 12,,, my father in law,, visited me, and sparked out a fire of knowledge in me,, and he's the person, who fixed out my aim,, and soon helped me at my every stage. I worked in the city streets, for filling out my fees else i would been out of my school, " he says"Soon after passing with distinction in my 10th, i set off to another city for higher study, while a call from my home,about ur grandpa's ill health,,i need to quit off or else need to forgot about the further studies,, but ur grandpa's words made me as a person, what iam now, he told me one word i.e, ''lead ur life". The moment i cried,for which i have been never.So, what i want u to learn is be couraged and never quit up ur dream and determination,,", these words made me to recover myself, and soon came out of the fear * i had,, It is not wrong,, if I spell that moment is life changing...

Now,, I'm been here only because of my beloved dad,, even if I thank him a infinite it's so minute...Thank dad,, u have been my life timE HERO....!!!

Motivation is not just a word of 10 letters . It has a important and noteworthy meaning in individuals life .  The mean  of  MOTIVATION according to me is given as below :

If We Start the word MOTIVATION from right hand side it will be " NOITAVITOM "

One minute , Why I'm doing all this ? Let me tell you . The Same Situation is  actually with human being today . If We encourage a human being we just played a role of 5 % but due to our motivation the person try his\her best and above 95% the role of self- determination and faith include here . If We Combine them We get our 100% .

Well , If I tell you about about who motivates me for anything and how did I motivated by his/her words then Surely my  answer is typical . Because when I start to write or make a list of who motivates me than surely I will take the whole life to right . I motivate from each and everything whether it is living or Non-living . If I take the example of the stones which we can see very often  on the road . No one look at the stone . People just passed away from there . Same with life actually . If We are shine like a diamond people take us something different from other and valuable but if we are like stones , everything just try to ignore . The bitter but truth saying of life is that till  a person has reputation and working  people consider it valuable but when a person has reputation but not working then people consider it not valuable and ignore him or her . That's what I learnt from the stone .  I have also a real life experience of a person which can prove it " The most famous Hockey Player win the match and due to his victory  a hotel  manager placed his Statue outside of the hotel and said that this hotel will free for him lifetime with full necessities . But when the player retired  and wanted  1 room for only 1 night he got abused by company manager and the hockey player slept beside his Statue and Comment or message the Society that " Name and Fame is just for temporary but the person who have TRUST get all easily whatever he\she want .

My other motivation which I really want to write is " My Teachers " .  They are a great source of inspiration and motivation for me . If you ask me to which I motivated more ? Then my answer is I equally motivated from  My All Teachers . But be Specific then the first name which I want to tell is Rathore Mam . I seriously don't remember the incident because that time I was too small  all these but my grandparents told me that when I was  just about three years . I had not able to hold the pencil . She took one year in only made me understand   how to hold pencil . But  after that I topped all the classes with 100 % and also my handwriting and writing speed have been  good as compare to other students  + now  in my free time I have been practicing  from other hand to write the same handwriting with same speed . I think I done is 67% till now . As I am also able to write different words from different hands too .

My other teacher is @Haezel Mam  . She is my world best teacher . She teach many things to us . She is so sweet and awesome .
