One of the best benefits of any mulch is its ability to retain moisture in the soil. Organic mulches break down over time and contribute to soil health. This can be very helpful, especially if your soil fertility is poor. Mulch reduces winter injury and helps with weed control.

Mulching means to cover the soil between plants with a layer of materials. It keeps root and bulbs cool in summer and warm in winter.

Encourages microbiol activities and worms in favour of the soil. Suppresses growth of the weeds. Evaporation is reduced. Helps to maintain humidity, prevent soil erosion, control weeds and add nutrients to the soil.
