Aims:
 
To establish unity among the people of different regions . To establish good relations among them... to see that socio-economic, cultural, regional, language, religious matters do not  split the country....
To take care of economic differences  among regions.. and  enable  equal opportunities to  backward regions, states..

To safeguard the unity, integrity, unity in diversity of  the regions of the nation.  Also to protect the nation from external forces, protecting borders. 

To  solve problems  among different regions in an amicable way through peaceful and legislature.
