               The components of blood are plasma, Red blood carpuscales[ RBCs] white blood carpuscales [WBCs]  and platelets.......

        Blood is an alkaline buffer of weak acid and weak base. Thus, blood pH is slightly basic due to presence of bicarbonate [ weak base] in it......
