✒In this reaction, energy is evolved in the form of heat.
Example of Neutralization Reaction:-
(1) NaOH (base)+ HCl (acid)--> NaCl (salt)+ H2O (water)
(2) During indigestion:-
Mg(OH)2 + 2HCl --> MgCl2 + 2H2O
