Reading View :- This view fills the PowerPoint window with a preview of your presentation. You can easily navigate through the slides using the navigation buttons at the bottom right of the screen.

Notes Page View :- You can add notes to the slides in your presentation. If you click the Notes Page view, you will be taken to a page view with the slide in the top half and at text box below to add your notes. These are called speaker's notes, and that useful to help you remember important points. They cannot be seen by the audience.
