The nucloied is an irregularly shaped region within the cell of prokaryote thay contains all or Most of the genetic material , called genophore.

Nucloied may also contain RNA , protein and enzymes which are used for cellular processes.

In contrast to the nucleus of a eukaryotic cell it is not surrounded by a nuclear membrane .
