What is ohm's law and name the terms in it?

Electric current (I) is proportional to the voltage(V) and inversely proportional to the resistance (R)

I=V/R

If the physical condition of the conductor ( leangth,temperature,mechanical strain etc.) remain same, then the current flowing throw the conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference across it's two ends .

Ohm's law is not a universal law ,the subustance which obey ohm's law are known as ohmic subustance..
