ANS=>The movements done by a living body in everyday life in daily routine as walking, running, dancing, playing etc, and all such activities by living body by which all the body parts moves is said to be physical activity.
In our daily life people is giving mainly priority on only mental development but not on physical development but physical development is also important as mental development.
Due to this upcoming generation is facing different types of diseases and health problems included blood pressures, diabetes, weight gaining and mental problems etc.
due to lack of physical development people are going in depression day by day which will directly affect on upcoming generation.
due to lack of physical development people is doing suicide because their minds are mentally develop but physically not developed.
so we should also give priority on our physical development not only to our mental development.
