When a microbe infects the specific organ of an individual in a particular type of disease,it is termed as organic specific manifestation.
For example = In tuberculosis the microbe infects the specific organ(lungs of an individual).

when disease causing pathogen attacks attacts a specific organ and the disease is restricted to that organ only it is known as organ specific manifestation.
examples:
If the lungs are the targets, then symptoms will be cough and breathlessness
If the liver is targeted, there will be jaundice.
If the brain is the target, we will observe headaches, vomiting, fits or unconsciousness.
