what is padan's rule in chemistry of class11

Here is your answer mate.

According to fajan's rule,
when a smaller cation & bigger anion come in contact with each other, the electron cloud if bigger anion shifts towards the smaller cation and some ionic character is converted into covalent character.
This tendency of smaller cation is called polarizing power.
The deforming of Bigger anion is called polarizability.
