You share my failures and I will do yours.

We share profit and loss equally.

If any misunderstandings arises we work out together without backbiting.

If either side had a business plan we discuss and workout together without a chance of cheating each other.

Partnership refers to the private business in which two or more than two partners are come together for the sole aim of earning profits..

Partnership has no compulsory registration.

In partnership, there is a need of agreement between partners so that at time of dispute it will be used as an evidence.
