Pathogen is an unwanted desease causing micro organism . pathos is greek means deaseas or suffering and gene means "born off" .

All bacteria cannot be counted as pathogens because most of the bacteria are good ones . For your shock there are more bacteria in your digestive trac as compared to hairs in your head . (i dont know of bald people, but on an average of earths population ! ) . so bacteria found in your digestive track are friendly bacteria and a part of your immune system , providing strength to you dor fighting with other foreingn invating harmful viruses and bacteria .
