CALYX :

just above the flower stalk is a green inverted bell -shaped part. the green bell like part is actually made up of five small leaf like parts. this is the first stem of the flower and the part like the green bell is called calyx .the calyx protest every part of the flower .It can be different or it can be across.

CORROLA :

the four main parts of an ideal flower are arranged in a column on a part called the inflorescence above the calyx. this is the second stem of the flower. it is usually brightly colored.Each part of it is called petal. Corolla attracts insects or bairds for pollination with its bright colors .

PEDICAL:

pedical refers to a structure connecting a signal flower to it's inflorescence .In the absence of a pedical the flowers are described sesssile. Pedical is also applied to the stem of the inflorescence .The stem or branch from the main stem of the inflorescence that holds a group of pedicals is called a penduncle.
