Perfect diet plan i don't know
but i also go to gym so i tell u something about my diet
At breakfast , i take a cup of oats in 1 glass of milk with banana and any other fruits
At lunch , i take 3 chapati any sabazi and a cup of curd with salad
Before dinner i take some roasted nuts may be u try paeanuts and almonds..
At dinner , i take as my mom made for me but with curd and salad always
Before going to bed i take a cup of warm milk
