Phenotype are external characters that are seen on morphology of any individual.
This is due to the dominant trait of gene.

Genotype are internal characters that appear only in the internal gene of an individual.
The gene characters may be single or more than one.
But among them only one is dominant and seen externally.

Genotype: The genetical characters of an organism whose alleles are represented with alphabet letters is called Genotype. Eg: The Genotype of Tallness : TT or Tt The Genotype of dwarfism : tt
