Philosophy is the study about our world and our place in it....Or in short it is the systematic way  of thinking of each and everything (development of perspective) in the world.....

Studying philosophy will actually enhance our critical thinking skill.....so it is not a subject but it is a catalyst or a medium wherein by studying this will give you the ability think critically on the subjects you  read......

Philosophy with specialisation in a particular subject, can only earn you a job...This is applicable to Ph.d , M.A Phil and related......

Mostly, teachers, professors, lawyers, judges, intelligent analysts(CIA), in the field of medical ethics etc........

Hope it is clear!

Philosophy is a way of thinking about certain subjects such as ethics, thought, existence, time, meaning and value. That 'way of thinking' involves 4 Rs: responsiveness, reflection, reason and re-evaluation. The aim is to deepen understanding.
