the Preamble of the Indian Constitution is the introductory part of the Constitution but after the kesavananda Bharati case the Indian Constitution was marked as the Preamble as its path because it has all the laws Introduction by legislature or supreme court will make the laws and also people making the laws against constitution are proved vague. in short it is the key to open the mind of the law makers of Indian Constitution
