Hi dear ❤️

Photosynthesis is a physicochemical process by which green plants use light energy to derive the synthesis of organic compounds .it is an enzyme regulated anabolic process. In this process : 6co2+ 12 h20 in presence of light form c6h12o6 +602. 1)photosynthesis is the basis of life on earth because it is the primary source of all food on earth and it is responsible for release of O2 in the atmosphere. 2) chlorophyll light and CO2 is required for photosynthesis occurs only in green part of leaves and in presence of light. Advantages of photosynthesis. 1) photosynthesis convert inorganic raw materials into food that provide that provides our ecosystem with energy. .. 2) green plants provide organic food to all the animals and plants. 3) photosynthesis decreases the concentration of seo2 and other harmful industrial ways that lead to respiratory problems in living beings. I hope my answer help you ❤️.

❍ Most of the energy used by living organisms comes directly from sun.

❍ Plants make sugar (glucose), a complex compound, from carbon dioxide and water, in the presence of chlorophyll by using light energy. This process is called Photosynthesis.

❍ Photosynthesis can be also defined as the process by which green plants make food using carbon dioxide, sun energy and water.

❍ Photosynthesis is a process in which six molecules of carbon dioxide, six molecules of water form one glucose molecule and six molecules of oxygen.

❍ The glucose is then converted into starch and stored in plants.

❍ The chemical reaction in Photosynthesis can be represented as follows :

\boxed{\sf{6CO_2 + 6H_2O +\xrightarrow{light \: energy} C_6H_12O_6 + 6O_2 \:  \: }}

❍ As seen above equation, carbon dioxide, water and light energy are extremely important for the process of Photosynthesis along with the presence of chlorophyll.
