Physical equilibria do not involve changes to the chemical properties of the substances involved. For instance the equilibrium of water vapor with liquidwater in a partly filled sealed bottle. It is a physical equilibrium since the water molecules have only changed from liquid to vapor.
Example :Ice in liquid water at 0°C.
