Ans.
Polar nuclei are structures, formed in flowering plants by the fusion of two haploid female nuclei and one haploid male nucleus (from sperm) that develop into endosperm. The ploidy level of each haploid male or female nucleus is n (where n is number of sets of chromosomes). Thus, the ploidy of polar nuclei will be 3n.
Egg represents female gamete that forms by a diploid megaspore mother cell through meiosis. Meiosis forms daughter cells, having half of the number of chromosomes (n) as present in mother cell (2n). Thus, the ploidy of egg cell will be n.
