transfer of pollen grains from anther to stigma is known as pollination. it's two types are self pollination in which pollen grain transfer from anther To stigma of the same flower and cross pollination in which pollen grain transfer from anther of one plant to stigma of another.

1.self pollination- when the pollen grains are transferred from the anther to the stigma of the same flower is called self pollination.
