Polyblend is a powdered mixture of differently modified plastics with different physical properties. It is generally referred to as Polymer Blend.

Producing polybend or polymer blend was an idea developed by plastic producers to reuse and recycle plastics. When this mixture of physically different plastics is mixed with Bitumen, it forms a mixture, which is used to lay roads.

Answer:

Polyblend is a fine powder form of particles which is made from the recycled and modified form of plastics. They are used in the formation of road.

Explanation:

Polyblend is a constituent of road made from fine particles of plastic when it is reused. It provides strength to the road. It is mixed with the bituminous and after it it is laid on the road. It is necessary for the environment because it it does not harm the environment, despite being plastic, rather it gives benefit to the environment.

It is so because all the plastic present in the environment which was used only once, polyblend is made from them. In this way all the non-biodegradable waste are utilized in a correct manner.
