Hi frnd
Polynomials = Poly (means many) + nomials (means terms). Thus, a polynomial contains many terms. Thus, a type of algebraic expression with many terms having variables and coefficients is called polynomial. Example: 3x , 5y2+2x+5 5 y 2 + 2 x + 5 , and 2x2+2.
Hope this helps u
