Potential energy in geography means the materials in the environment which can satisfy human needs but we human beings do not have the proper technology to access these are included in stock. in the case of potential resorces are found in a region but have not been utilised.for eg the resources like solar and wind energy found in gujarat and rajasthan are not being properly utilised.
