what is Power? define its SI unit also. P=F×V? calculate power of a body of mass 10kg acceleration with 10m/s^2 acquires a velocity of 5m/s​

Hey mate,

Power is the rate of doing work...

P= W/t= J/s= W

Look...

Work done = force × displacement

W= F× S

And,

Power P= W/t = F× S/t

But, S/t = V

Thus, F×V =P

Given,

Mass m= 10kg

Velocity= 5m/s

Work done = 1/2mv²

1/2× 10× 5×5

= 125J

Time t= acceleration/Velocity = 2s

Thus,

Power P= 125/2= 62.5 W
