ANSWER ------------->

The atomic number increases moving left to right across a period and subsequently so does the effective nuclear charge. Therefore, moving left to right across a period the nucleus has a greater pull on the outer electrons and the atomic radii decreases.

sol:- across the period down the period

"Atomic radius" increases because shell no increases of element so atomic radius increases down the period

and,

"Ionization energy" decreases down the period because size is increases down the period so "ionization energy" decreases down the period

and,

we know that,

ionization energy is directly propotional to 1/size

I hope you are understand
