Explanation:

every institute or democratic government has some powers and every democracy has different types of comunities or different types of people ,so power must be shared among the people so neither of the community feel unsafe in that country and it will help the democracy ,for example we have studied in the case of Belgium ,here power is shared among different communities but in Sri Lanka they didn't want to share the power and it cause a civil war in the country ,so power sharing is necessary for every democratic country
