Power sharing refers to the sharing of power among different levels of government, political parties and communities to prevent missus of power by anyone.
It's desirable in democracy because,
1. It prevents conflicts among people or communities.
2. Conflicts can lead to political instability hence it prevents political instability.
3. It's d soul of democracy as the power is shared among the people themselves who will be affected by it's effect so it helps to keep everyone's interests and hence power sharing is the structure and backbone of democracy
