❄❄❄❄ POWER ❄❄❄❄

➡ Power is the rate of doing work of a body.

➡ Power = Work / Time.

➡ Its S. I. unit is Watt (Joule/Second).

➡ 1 Horse-Power = 746 Watt.

➡ The bigger unit of power is Kilo-Watt and even sometimes, Mega-Watt.

❄❄❄ WORK DONE ❄❄❄

If a man walks with a loaded suitcase in his hand on the earth surface, then the angle between the Force and Displacement becomes 90°.

Hence, we know, work done = Force × Displacement × Cos theta
= FS Cos theta
= FS Cos 90°
= FS × 0
= 0.

Thus, the work done by the man is zero.
