hi mate here is ur answer

mitochondria is a membrane bound cell organelle found in the cytoplasm  of all eukariyotic cell .Its main function is to generate energy in the form of (ATP)

the mitochondria is made up of two membranes the outer membrane is a organelle like structure and contains it like skin whereas the inner one is a layered structure ans is called cristae both of them are made of phospolipid

hope it helps!!!

Mitochondria are the double membrane Cell organelles . The outer membrane is smooth and porous while the inner membrane is folded into large number of fingers like structure called as Cristae. Cristae increase the surface area of the inner membrane, which provides more surface area for the metabolism to take place. The fluid that is present inside Mitochondria is called as Matrix. Mitochondria have the ability to make their own protein, because of its own DNA and Ribosome which is present inside it. Mitochondria is also known as Semi-autonomous organelle. It has both 70s And 80s Ribosome. The DNA inside Mitochondria carried inheritance of Ancestors. Mitochondria and plastids are the only organelles that have doubled membrane. Mitochondria has two chambers:- Outer Chamber and Inner Chamber. All the materials are present inside the Inner membrane
