every composite number can be expressed as a product of its primes, and this factorization is unique, apart from the order in which the prime factors occur.

example
2310= 2*3*5*7*11

140=2*2*3*13(prime factors)

Answer:

Prime factorisation - is when we factorise a number into prime numbers

factorisation is writing the given number as a multiple of other 2 numbers

eg. 30 = 10 x 3

the above example is factorisation when we do prime factorisation the we do the same but break up each number into 2 more factors

eg .               30

                  /        /

             10          3

           /    /

        2      5

30 = 2 x 5 x 3
