Here is your Answer Mate :

Explanation:

An ecosystem is a community of living and non-living things that work together – it

consists of abiotic (soil, water, air) and biotic parts (flora, fauna). Ecosystems have no

particular size. An ecosystem can be as large as a desert or as small as a tree. The major

parts of an ecosystem are: water, water temperature, plants, animals, air, light and soil.

Examples of ecosystems

Examples of ecosystems are: agroecosystem, aquatic ecosystem, coral reef, desert, forest,

human ecosystem, littoral zone, marine ecosystem, prairie, rainforest, savanna, steppe,

taiga, tundra, urban ecosystem and others.

The Food Chain

When one organism is eaten by another, most of the energy is lost and a little bit gets transferred to the consumer. (see in the pic above⬆)

∆ The first link in a chain goes to the producers, like plants. They use energy from sunlight to make their own food through the process of photosynthesis.

∆ Consumers get their energy from the food they eat. The primary consumers, like rabbits or insects, eat plants. They are also known as herbivores.

∆ The next few links in a chain consist of animals that eat other animals. The first one is carnivores, like snakes or weasels, who eat herbivores. You might also find omnivores, who eat both plants and other animals.

∆ The last step of a chain goes to decomposers, like fungi, that use the remains of organisms to grow.

Factors affecting ecosystem ;

Ecosystems consist of life forms existing in a symbiotic relationship with their environment. Life forms in ecosystems compete with one another to become the most successful at reproducing and surviving in a given niche, or environment.

Two main components exist in an ecosystem: abiotic and biotic. The abiotic components of any ecosystem are the properties of the environment; the biotic components are the life forms that occupy a given ecosystem.

suggestions to preserve ecosystem
