What is promo balance in MTS blaze ....and what is data usage available ? for example data usage available = 9053 and promo balance = 994 ...actually what's my wifi balance ? Please answer it fast ..

If the data available for usage is 9053 unit and wifi is not working yet we have a promotional balance of 994 unit. Then in that case we can talk to customer care of that concerned network and transfer the promo balance to data plan but only after ascertaining that the promo balance is applicable for data as well.
