puberty is a stage of growth and development of human organs in the age of 10 to 18 years .
during puberty hair starts growing in boys at pubic areas and on the face .
in girls also hair growth takes place under armpits and other areas , menstruation cycle begins , skin becomes oily sometimes .
the body becomes sexually mature and the sexual organs - i.e. penis in boys and ovary in girls begins to enlarge and develop completely ....

⭐ PUBERTY - The age at which the sex hormones and sex gametes begin to be produced and a boy or a girl becomes sexually mature to reproduce is called puberty.

⭐ Generally, boys attain puberty at the age of 13 to 14 years while girls reach puberty at a comparatively lower age of 10 to 12 years.

⭐ In case of females, female gametes starts producing sex hormones called as Oestrogen and progesterone.

⭐ In case of male, testes starts producing male gametes (sperms) and sex hormone (testosterone).

⭐ In female as well as male, change of hormonal secretions take place including MENSTRUATION.
