Brainly has many ranks. Including all other default and extra ranks we have ranks like-
•Recruiter
•Star recruiter
These recruiters ranks are given to those who help in doing recruitments of various users in the team. They monitor that the users which are suggested to be in the team are good or not, whether they are fit to enter in the team or not.
•Recruiter - This rank is given to those experienced moderator who take care of moderators those who are to be recruited in team.They take care whether the user from brainly or other teams [Brainly star, Brainly Benefactor] are good to be in the moderator team or not.
•Star Recruiter- This rank is given to moderator who want to take care of brainly star recruitments, they monitor different users and other user who are suggested to be brainly stars, so they take care That whether that user who is suggested or not suggested should be in the team or not.
So that's all about recruiters!

Well, on being one of the top educational sites, there must be something interesting on brainly!! And yeah there is, that's the rank system of brainly, along with the default ranks there are also some special ranks, like a BRAINLY STAR , a BENEFACTOR or a MODERATOR.
Now returning to your question, what's a recruiter or who is a recruiter on brainly!!
Well, brainly moderators just can't take care of only one work, thus they are divided into different groups ..One of them is RECRUITER !! Well, there is also an another rank similar to it that's, STAR RECRUITER ..
• Recruiters - These ranks are given to the most experienced moderators to guide the teams ( mod, bs n bb ) and the community members. They also choose the users who have the ability to become a moderator, its like they have many responsibilities and they are one of the ones who always work to make this site a better place by solving the dilemmas of any user.
• Star recruiter - These are certain ranks which are given to the moderators who have the responsibility to recruit any user in the brainly star team after looking at his ability and behavior to gain such a special rank. They also train them to become the future benefactors and then they guide them in the benefactor team to become the next mod. They also need to take care about the suggested users list .
