Ok, so I couldn't find anything about Reflation, but I found Reflection.

Reflection is when light bounces off objects. And if the surface is smooth and shiny, (Glass, water, polished metal, etc) the light will reflect at the same angle as it hit the surface. This here is called speculator reflection.
