reflex actions are those actions which are body performe without even thinking and taking much time. our body is used to these actions
for example whenever u touch a cup full of hot tea u pull ur hand back with a high speed and this is known as your reflex action

Reflex Action :

• It is an unconscious , involuntary and automatic response to the stimuli.

• Examples : Sudden blinking when an insect comes very near to the eyes , Coughing or sneezing etc.

• In a reflex action, the spinal cord along with the brain stem is responsible for the reflex movements.
