Reflection can be said if light bounces back(or reverse it's direction) .
Refraction if light goes forward but changes its path by an angle.

When a light ray travels from one medium to another either from one tansparent medium to another transparent medium is refraction
It is different from reflection as the light rays bounce back from the smooth surface and refraction the light passes through one medium to another
In glass prism light rays change its direction
